Frank Tomasino, CEO
A self-made entrepreneur, spent 8 years in the physical markets of precious metals and foreing currencies trade, where as a portfolio manager at Chase Capital Management, he managed $100M in Jumbo CD's for banks, savings and loans and credit unions.
In 1990, Mr. Frank Tomasino founded Generic Brands Inc, a food trading company that specialized in the import and export of spices, grains, produce and ingredients on a bulk basis. Mr. Tomasino oversaw all areas of the financial, documentary collections, and logistical aspects of international trading. Through this exposure, Mr. Tomasino saw a need in the market to create a more efficient technology system for the food industry, which resulted in the creation and launch of Foodtrader.com in 1997.
In 1999 Mr. Tomasino raised $24M for Foodtrader.com from venture capitalist and Rabobank and was the first website of its kind devoted to trading food and agricultural products.
In 2002 Mr. Tomasino built a proprietary technology for banks and government banks so they could finance domestic and international accounts receivables from exporters. The system allows banks to track the exporters debtor credit limits, funding amount, maturity date of the invoice, the interest rate and fees, collection data, audit trails, reports and download capabilities.
Mr. Tomasino is regarded as en expert in B2B Commerce, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Asset Based Lending, Factoring and PO Finance. He has been invited to speak on several panels around the country and in Europe on the subject. He has also appeared on the cover of America Economia, a Dow Jones company, has been quoted in several industry journals, such as Grocery Headquarters, Prepared Foods and The Packer. Foodtrader.com was named "Best of the Web" by Forbes Magazine in 2000 in its category.

Don Dauernheim, Regional Director
Don Dauernheim has over 35 years experience in credit management and credit insurance and has seen what it takes to manage receivables from different perspectives. He started his career with International Harvester (now Navistar) progressing through various positions in credit and treasury management. Following that, he was with Aon Trade Credit, the largest broker of credit and political risk insurance, heading up the offices in Chicago and then Miami.
Most recently, he was Senior Account Executive with Coface North America’s Factoring unit. As a result, he brings a unique insight into the problems faced by companies in the current credit crisis.
Don has been a resident of Miami for over 9 years. Prior to that, he lived in Chicago for 13 years and does not miss the cold weather at all. In his spare time, he is active as a basketball and volleyball referee.

Luis Tomasino, Regional Director
Mr. Tomasino began his career trading spices and fresh produce for General Brands. He has 15 years of hands on experience as an importer and exporter in the food industry. Mr. Tomasino understands the supply chain, Trade Finance and procurement.
Mr. Tomasino moved to Costa Rica to manage and expand our Latin America office. Prior to that, he lived in Miami and San Diego California. In his spare time, he enjoys white water rafting, playing soccer with friends and exploring in the rain forest.

Greg Tournant, Board of Advisors
Mr. Tournant is the Managing Director and head of Allianz Global Investors Capital's Structured Products team, which he created in 2005. He is lead portfolio manager of $2.7 billion for all option based strategies managed on the Structured Products platform.
Previously, while at a former affiliate, he managed an equity index option-based hedge fund, option programs on several open-end mutual funds as well as an open-end large-cap growth equity mutual fund. Prior to joining Allianz, he served as a senior research analyst at Eagle Asset Management, and also spent three years as a strategy consultant for Mckinsey & Co, and two years as a sell-side research analyst for Raymond James. Mr. Tournant earned his M.B.A. in Finance from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and his B.S. in Finance/Economics from Trinity University.
